After nearly a decade in the beauty industry, I've seen firsthand how talented, hardworking stylists often stay stuck — overbooked, underpaid, and burned out. My mission is to change that.

My career has taken me from the salon floor to leadership roles, education, and business development for luxury hair care and extensions brands.
